PERSONAL DATA NECESSARY FOR THE DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS
In accordance with Order No. 45-2590 of 2 November 1945, your personal data are processed by Augereau-Hue, Péro et Faucheux to carry out notarial activities, in particular deed formalities.
For the aforementioned purpose, your data may be transferred to the following recipients in particular :
The disclosure of such data to these recipients may be essential in order to successfully complete the deed.
Documents used to draw up, register and publish deeds are retained for 30 years from completion of all formalities. The notarised deed and its appendices are kept for 75 years and 100 years where the deed concerns protected minors or adults.
In the event of an unresolved dispute with a notary, you may refer the matter to the Notary Ombudsman at mediateur-notariat.notaires.fr in order to attempt to find an amicable resolution to the dispute with his or her assistance (Articles L. 616-1 and R. 616-1 of the French Consumer Affairs Code).
